Our beginning was simple: a small food trailer, a few tables outside, and customers stopping to enjoy a meal. Those moments—people sitting down, sharing food, and spending a little time with us—made that little space special.
We’ve grown since those early days, but we still carry that feeling with us. Every visit matters. Every familiar face means something. And every new customer is someone we’re glad to meet.
