Website Terms

Effective November 1, 2026

A few helpful details about using this website and planning your next meal.

Website information

This website presents Mr. Taco’s menu, location and business information. Menu items, ingredients, availability, hours and prices may change. Confirm current details with the team or the ordering service before placing an order. Photos and brand illustrations are for presentation; an illustration is not a photograph of a served dish.

Orders, payments and refunds

This version of the website does not process payments or accept orders through an embedded checkout. Online ordering will be available only when a verified ordering link is connected. If you order by phone or through an external provider, the details and terms supplied during that transaction apply. For order changes, cancellations or refund questions, contact 865-455-6419 promptly and, where applicable, the service used to place the order. This website does not create a separate refund or cancellation policy.

Food allergies and dietary needs

Menu descriptions are not a complete ingredient or allergen statement. Tell the team about allergies or dietary needs before ordering and ask about ingredients and preparation. Do not rely only on this website to determine whether a dish is suitable for you.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or misuse its content. Ordinary browsing and personal use of menu and contact information are welcome.

Google Maps, social networks, hosting and any future ordering service are operated separately. Review their terms and privacy notices when you use them.
